과천 10억 로또아파트 11월 분양
대우건설 컨서시엄이 경기도 과천 지식정보타운에 3개 블럭에 대한 분양을 실시한다

입지가 좋아 준 강남권으로 분류되는 이 아파트들은 84㎡ 기준으로 8억원대에 청약할 수 있지만 주변 동등한 수준의 아파트 시세가 최대 18억 정도에 형성되고 있기 때문에 청약에 당첨만되면 10억 로또를 맞을수 있게 된다

특히 이번 분양에서는 10월 29일 개정된 공공주택 특별법이 처음으로 적용되면서 민영주택 최초로 생애최초 특별 공급 물량이 전체의 15%를 차지하게 된다

한가지 아쉬운점은 청약 자격이 과천시 거주자 또는 서울 경기 거주자에게만 할당 되었다는 점이다

아~ 지방사는 서러움이란....

암튼 이번 청약 당첨으로 로또의 주인공이 되는 사람들은 누가 될지... 청약 경쟁율도 주요 관전 포인트이다

아파트가 10억씩이나? 이랬던거 같은데 이제 대충 어떤 아파트를 봐도 10억이상이니 이상하지도 않아요 ㅎㅎㅎ ㅠ.ㅠ
