Through proper eating habits,
A strong health you can secure.
Stop foods that are culprits,
As they drive you beyond cure.
Fall not into disease-pits,
Pray to keep your heart pure.
Walking is the best exercise,
Taking you to bliss to be precise,
And making you perfect in size,
When you have crossed young age.
Being cautious is very very wise,
Before ill-health causes damage.
Be towards your body very nice,
Avoid unnecessary medicinal dosage,
Hoping God always blesses in disguise.
