<p>This is a raw acoustic song I recorded quickly after I wrote it to capture the tone of the feeling. &nbsp;&nbsp;I was in a very dark place at this time with a sorda depressing numb feeling sweeping over me. &nbsp;&nbsp;The mesh of life and choices can be overwhelming and deciding who and what you are is hard enough, then you throw in other people and time, the universe, life and death.... I just had a deep sorrowful moment that I wanted to paint with sound, my voice and the acoustic guitar. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Awake I take up all what is cold inside,</p>
<p>fake breaking out</p>
<p>from where I cannot hide</p>
<p>im ticking clocks im stale</p>
<p>four walls so high</p>
<p>a room so dark here oh i cannot find</p>
<p>peace what is peace</p>
<p>here is a silent mind</p>
<p>awake I take up all what is cold inside</p>

<p>pour me out im stale like the rotten ones</p>
<p>im dripping down the stairs like the forgotten ones</p>
<p>theres nothing left to bare</p>
<p>snakes are moving in</p>
<p>this house is falling down</p>
<p>sits the beast within</p>
