<p>¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Hoy he preparado un 'Pintxo', una tapa de toda la vida en mi zona, pero ahora irse de 'Pintxos' es como una cultura la cual adoro... A mí me gusta mucho porque el cocinero expresa un sentimiento clavado en una  brocheta... 🤔</p>

<p>En este caso es un pintxo de tortilla de patatas con una riquísima chistorra de Navarra y pimientos del Padrón, unos pican y otros no...</p>

<p>Lo más importante es preparar una jugosa tortilla de patatas con su cebolla bien pochada y unos huevos de buena calidad. Un pequeño truco es añadir un poco de nata líquida a los huevos antes de batirlos.</p>

<p>Una Vez terminada la tortilla seguimos con el resto de ingredientes y presentamos, le añadimos toque andaluz con un puntito de alioli en su presentación.</p>
