I used to host people years ago. Tourists want Palermo and San Telmo (but I don't recommend the latter - I live here and there are better placed to put your bags down. If money is not a problem, the Claridge is awesome.  <a href="http://www.claridge.com.ar/NL/hotel.html">link</a>

<a href="https://steemit.com/photography/@sponge-bob/cruising-the-famous-woman-bridge-buenos-aires">Puerto Madero</a> is guarded by the Prefectura - they protect the tourism as here. All in all, I have not been robbed in 15+ years living here. I could draw you a map of areas to stay away from but poverty is hitting everywhere. If you come, I want to meet up! I met with @budgetbucketlist when she came into the city. It was nice. If you like spicey - I will take you both out to <a href="https://steemit.com/food/@sponge-bob/restaurant-review-che-taco-in-san-telmo-argentina">Che Taco</a> on me! The food is not spicey but they have habanero, arbol, and eight others I have not tried yet.
