I put in about 25k and have about 6k now. As with stocks - have have not lost it until you have sold it. I held hundreds of bitcoins as the fell from 1300 to 500 (then mtgox) to 160. I still only sell what I have to to live. I am still long on Steemit. I am powering up ! But only what I am willing to lose. I don't like losing, but I am also not selling this low. My 2 cents - please try to take it as encouragement.
