steemit does seem quiet at the moment, could be people are on holliday, but then again no self respecting stacker would go on holiday when they could spend their money on silver instead

I'm guilty of this, I always read but rarely comment, I'll up my game. You always get 100% uv from me. I'd be happy to see some sort of mandatory upvote system. Maybe structured so everyone gives a similar amount. All I know is that if I were getting a 3% upvote for nothing, these posts would get all I could give.

I just discovered this community a few weeks ago and I love to see the pictures that are shared under the steemsilvergold tag. I have also share 2 posts showing some of my silver coins.

Regarding the upvotes, I have seen other groups requiring upvotes as well, so this is quite common actually.

60 upvotes daily average and all appreciate the work done for sure.

A few weeks ago I asked @buggedout why we didn't copy silvergoldbotty, forcing the members to give a daily upvote. He told me that he didn't feel well doing this. OK, now is the time to start feeling bad. Our bot need our daily upvotes. Why not use the same formula as silvergolbotty uses? That way only a few people will have to give an 100% upvote.

I agree that the voting is an option. I think at a bare minimum those who are not contributing to the monthly leases and getting 3% vote, should be required to give a 100% upvote on every post.

Thanks for the update! I always try to read, reblog and upvote whenever I see these posts from the SSG-community. 

I don't really like the idea of a mandatory vote for the bot, as my VP is always low and doesn't help much anyway,  but I don't have any other ideas that would be any better.

The idea is to build the bot and therefore I am in favor of a mandatory upvote.  The other idea is to sponsor ssg-community in @steembasicincome.  I think I will do that now.

Your effort is appreciated mate and I think the comments on this one shows people are actually reading, just not always commenting.  I am still dirty on STINC for taking away the view count because that was always a good indicator of how well read something was.

Anyway, if you need to take a break to stay fresh then please do.  The self-voting was always only intended to be temporary and we extended it just so that we could keep all our SP leases this month since the STEEM price was tearing.  We can let some of them go next month if the funds are not there and get back to a normal post rate.

PS - I am still staunchly against the idea of a compulsory vote on this account.

Yeah I don't comment much, I usually read some of these though and vote them all.

I have this acct set to a 100% vote every time....  It was my choice to show my support. 

If it becomes mandatory, so be it,  you will always have my vote as long as its ran as awesome as it has been.

I appreciate everyone's time and effort that goes in to this. I personally have upvoted every post 100% and I also upvote the "Thank you for your continued support in the SteemSilverGold" comment that I get on my posts sometimes. I think every member should be helping out and shouldn't have to be told to do so, it should be a gimme. Maybe you could tell everyone that you will be backchecking to see who is voting and how much and if it looks like there's too many slackers, then a mandatory upvote will be enforced.

Ssg- community, I have just seen this community, if I am allowed to join I really appreciate this, so I can also comment in this community, my concern that makes me want to join@ssg-community

I'm done with this "community" or maybe you might call it a police state instead. I will no longer be the 7th or 8th highest voting weight on this account. Obviously it doesn't count for anything. I'll go give it to someone who will appreciate it.

I like the idea of mandatory voting and supporting of our Precious the Mermaid like she supports the community, especially for smaller members that can't yet contribute via delegation. She is an important part of the growth community and needs to grow herself. I don't think that is too much to ask. I don't comment much because I don't have much free time these days but I always read the posts, don't stop posting.

Serious question...trader here preferably global macro and crypto then equities. Been doing alot of analyzing with Gold and Silver and wanting to join the SSG community. How do I do that. Following your curation trail and auto vote for fun already....spreading the wealth. @yankee-statman
