Smoking negatively affects the pregnant woman and her baby. Smoking causes chronic airway disease. Smoking causes sudden death, through the occurrence of heart attacks. And much I really appreciate for you that it is the best things that you do to me to improve my life

Is juul same as e-cigarettes or vape? Have you tried using vape instead? Withdrawal from a smoking not easy you should atleast replace it with candy or something. But of course this is for your own good @stackin! 😄❤

Today is day 24 for me with no smokes. The vape makes a lot easier for sure. I had been smoking for about 23 years and tried to quit numerous times. But I think this time it is going to take. 

You can do it!!!

I pray it works for you the way you planned it so that you can stop it totally 

Intermediate paths are very helpful because moving to extreme conditions may be very harmful and hazardous.

You can replace cigarettes with something else like candy or chocolate. It worked for many people. They stopped smoking and started eating more.
But I am really curious to see your updates in the next weeks and what is the result of your big challenge :)

As much as I understand the hanging out to get deals, a person's health is more important. I've lost out of much intel @ work from not hanging out the smoking shelter but I'm feeling good. Also, more $ for investments & crypto.

Yeah, cold turkey never works. Warm turkey is better.

Oi @stackin For me cold turkey was the best option. I quit like that 9 years ago :) It's hard to believe some vaporizer stuff has 'health benefits' or whatever you are talking hahaha. 

Just show some balls and go cold Turkey! :-) It's all in your head anyways!! Ai! Challenge?? :-) :-* Mwah!
