People fail to realize how easy it actually is to change because they never even attempt to change anything about their life.

ITS A REAL STORY.....

We settle for consistency which is the next best thing because it allows us to suspend our fear of impermanence for a while and imagine that we have found some form of long lasting security.

I don't understand why but we try to resist change to the best of our effort. We don't want to grow old nor do we want to die young either. We resist thriving towards our real potential to unlock greater versions of ourselves, but we prefer to stay in this bubble of consistency which takes tremendous energy to live the same old, dull constant life.

Grasp change by the balls and live a happier and healthier life.

I like everything to be the same so change is hard for me :/

Only few people  in the world sees change as the only constant thing.  

Remember back then when bitcoin came on board alot sees it as waste but today it has evolve into sometin else thereby making the few  people that grab the opportunity rich.
Now steemit is making ways some persons  are see seeing it as waste. Hmm time will come just like the time of bitcoin, they will wish they joined earlier. 

My humble advice, dont be afraid to take risk or face changes. It is the only constant thing in life 

The cloth mom bought for you when you young is not what you putting on now. We got to know the itself changes .

Why stay stuck / miserable, you already know what you are going to get. You might as well try something different and get a different result...Good stuff!

Great post about bettering yourself through change. Change is important so you don't get stuck in the same rut over and over. Life is what you make of it.

totally agree. If you not happy with your job, change! If you are not happy with life, change! If you not happy with anything, change! No point being stuck in an unhappy situation where you have no choice.

Now my following comments are actually some paragraph from a couple of my blogs here a few days ago that I had commented  on Jerrybanfield's  blog 3 days ago.  
 
So please pardon me, I am just forwarding the same comment that I had made earlier and the same paragraphs from my earlier 2 blogs.

Man I vibe with this message heavy! We all have to grow and evolve throughout our lives to reach our goals and aspirations. If change wasn't necessary then we would already be successful ya know!?

There is just so much uncertainty and people can't handle it a lot of times.   They over think the situation too much.   

It effects all of us for sure but that is why I actually like the idea of taking a year and living in a different city for a month.   So do like AirBnB and move to a different place.   12 different locations.   That would be pretty sweet!  Pretty much have to have the money to do it and be able to make money online so it escapes most people

We like the old and the new is sometimes scary. Life does happen and we are at times forced into change whether we like it or not. At that moment in time though is our power to make a choice, one will make us go more downward and the other will make us go more upward. It is danger and opportunity at the same time.

You are 100% correct . We all find a comfortable place and are never willing to change. It becomes difficult as we are to afraid of the unknown. However , one will never now if the grass is greener on the outside if we don't go there.

I think the main reason people do not like to change especially themselves is that it brings their "old" life in doubt. The ego gets offended as you question your values and beliefs. The deeper they are the more you question your beliefs from the past and maybe realize you "wasted" some (or even a lot ) of time on x or y. 

But this is actually bullshit for 2 reasons. 
a) your old behaviour, habits and values formed you into the person you are today

b) if you are unhappy with your current situation you should take a lookt at the things you do, because you (and I mean you, not your circumstances, finacial background etc) is responisble of who you are.

Change can be scary but is necessary to grow. I really like this quote from a "Dead Prez" song

I think why people don't really change is not that they enjoy the state they are currently, but the subconscious mind doesn't allign with you to change. It's only when your subconscious mind allign with you that's when you can see change. It's the subconscious  mind that will tell you "dont you know when you change you will loose it all" or " when you change many people around you will leave you" maybe you might fail when you change. Those thoughts will make you to start to reconsider. My thought.
