Belief is the secret of the existence of the thing, if we believe that the universe belongs to us and is dedicated to our service it is really so, and if we believe the contrary we will get what we thought. We will only get what we think.
 
In this sense, the law of attraction is essentially based on the idea. If the idea we have now supports us, it will attract what is good for us and for us. But the question is: How do we know that the ideas that we have are good ideas in our interest or not?
 
The answer is feeling. If we feel good when we think of a particular idea, then we are safe and our idea is good.
 
The idea is very dangerous and if we know how dangerous the idea is, we will always work to control our thoughts. The idea is the basis of everything in life, it is the key to every puzzle and the beginning of every achievement, and also the beginning of the destruction of anything if not a good idea.
 
But before we work to control our thoughts, we must first know how to love and appreciate ourselves. If we love and respect ourselves, we will not allow anything to disturb us and change our mental and mood for the worse, and therefore we will not allow any bad idea to enter our brain.

If our thoughts are positive most of the time we are safe, but if the opposite most of the time we are in danger, and the indicator is the feeling, and motivation is the love of self-respect and appreciation.

There are those who relish the tragedies and sorrows and enjoy the feeling of sadness and depression, and continue this feeling for long periods, and we find it supports this feeling of talking about and focus on it, and perhaps find him always listen to music and sad songs, and may write poetry or prose because of the bad psychological state. In this way, he supports and nourishes this feeling so that he can eventually, and the dominant character may become grief and gloom. This person is not reconciled to himself and may hate himself. Reconciliation with self is the first step in the process of controlling ideas.
 
Now, if we want our ideas to be positive all the time we should work to love and appreciate ourselves.
