<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li>250g spaghetti</li>
<li>2 tablespoons unsalted butter</li>
<li>2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper</li>
<li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li> salt </li>
<li> 125g grated parmesan cheese</li>


</ul>
<h2>The steps</h2>
<ol>
<li>In a large pot, bring a salted water to a boil.  Cook pasta according to the package instructions. save 250ml pasta water, then drain.</li>
<li>Heat a large pan over medium heat, then add olive oil, pepper and butter. Stir.</li>
<li>Pour the 250ml pasta water in the pan. Stir.</li>
<li>Add the cooked pasta, then reduce to low heat.</li>
<li>Add parmesan and stir until the cheese has melted. Mix well with pasta.</li>
<li>Serve and Enjoy!</li>
