<p>Muy visitado por surfers su poblacion y vida economica se concentra de Junio a Septiembre&nbsp;</p>

<p>La Cocotera es un espacio vivo que en los meses cálidos funciona como un Hostel visitado por turistas y kite-surfers&nbsp;</p>
<p>Y cuando termina la temporada de playa se transformendo de a en un refugio para muchos digital nomads , es muy popular entre nórdicos que huyen del frio&nbsp;</p>

  <li>Se puede trabajar en las salas interiores o desde la magnifica terraza</li>
  <li>Esta situado dentro del casco historico de Tarifa , de origen arabe y muy cuidado&nbsp;</li>
