The Gates Foundation just released their Mojaloop software, which aims to provide the world´s unbanked population with an access to financial services. The Project is open-source and based on Ripple´s Interledger Protocol (ILP), which might lead to a fast adaption of banks due to the fact, that the Ripple technology is being widely used within the banking industry already. 

Besides that I want to name the funny ad of Eidoo on their ICO within the Wall Street Journal, which said "Maybe Jamie will fire you, but you’re free to trade in the crypto world.” That fun approach might have brought them some further investments but we´ll unfortunately never know for how much of the in total $28 Million raised funds the ad might account for in the end.

I´m not surprised of the current drawback on the Crypto market after the latest highs on many coins. It seems like many people like to secure their profits after the price of BTC started to stagnate around $5600. 

That´s always a good thing for the ones looking for another entry opportunity due to lower prices and possible lows that may occur during that time. I´m looking at BTC closely right now as the Hard Fork is still happening on the 25. October, which will most probably lead to another spike just before that date.

Up to date Steemit.com is still the most used Platform on the Steem Blockchain accounting for more than 95% of all created rewards respectively. The Esteem App of @Good-karma follows on the second place accounting for about 4%, while all the other sites like e.g. Dtube or ChainBB just got a total combined market share of 1% so far. 

Despite a market share of only 0.1% Dtube receives 50% of all Beneficiary earnings right now due to the 25% all users of the Platform pay as kind of a fee to keep the project running. The Esteem app accounts for a little less than 40% due to lower fees of only 5% but a bigger Userbase.
