There are two main attractions here.  The first is the Chand Baori, one of the deepest and largest step wells in India.  Apart from being a functional structure, it's also a stunning piece of architecture especially the zig zag stepwell.  The other attraction is the Harshat Mata Temple nearby.  This has fallen to ruins today, but its beautiful intricate stone work can still be seen around the temple. She starts off to the Art market, followed by one of the oldest building in the city, The Zeughaus which is now The Historical Museum.  Next is the Neue Wache memorial nearby, a very touching place with one big sculpture in the middle of the empty room and captures the tragedy of the loss of life caused by war and tyranny.  During her walk, she also goes to the Humboldt University.  Did you know this university has been associated with 50 Nobel prize winners and that Einstein used to teach here? This is a 1.25km treetop walk nearby his home, how lucky he is to have this on his doorstep.  You can get a great lookout of the Saar Loop, a place that he used to go with his parents when he was a kid, and now he can get an aerial view of it.  The best part I love about this tree top walk is the magnificent 6 storey high observation tower which I think is not for the faint hearted,  but is every bit as stunning as the natural scenery around.
