From what I understand... SBD are suppose to be close to a dollar USA money.  There isn't much reason to buy it other than that, sure a few sats either is acceptable but nothing to say it's worth over $1.80us.  But suddenly it passed $13us and now hovers around $7us.

Something is fishy.  I would never buy it over $1.20US and who would?  As an investor who follows this stuff would you buy now?

Don't get me wrong I love that it is but who is buying it?  Is the steemit algorithm broken?  It was meant to be on par with the US dollar (within reason) the fact it is so high makes things seem not right and considering the path this place has been on.... hmmm?  Yea, gotta read between the lines for this spike.

Obviously someone is buying or a focused effort from steemit HQ for it to hold @ $7 in coinmarketcap. Obviously something fishy.

And yet, no official word from CEO @ned or anyone from the top.

Even witnesses that pit up a price feed arent speaking, so its safe to say they know whats going on.

Could the 20m intended to be dumped into steemit be in sbd, meaning the amount of steem to get will be well over 20m?

Are the Asians buying in like some rumors saying?

Is steemit testing the waters for a new development?

Is sbd about to be axed so they are giving out @ lot of bits?

Who know, i never thought I would ever see a TA of SBD, well, whatever the reason, mad profit is being made right now, so cash in while it lasts.

In the same time as SBD started being traded on on of Koreas exchanges it has gone up in value. The exchange can be accessed through their number one chat program and they can buy SBD directly using fiat currency ! This has allowed for a huge amount of people to easily invest into SBD and thus it has driven up

There are not many SBD coins so it can be easily pumped with or without intent.  i say the latter because i would not be surprised that SBD is just bought with the intent of buying Steem and then calling the neighbours and friends to shout 'look, quick, it's going' :-)

I don’t know what is causing it. But if I had to guess it’s a pump and dump especially if there is limited supply of this coin which i believe there is. I’ll tell you this..it screws up things like steembay as well. If you post something to sell on steembay it’s priced or the auction uses SBD.  So how do you price anything?  You can’t. It’s pretty frustrating.
