Took a well deserved day off yesterday

Got some good sleep
Did not go to gym, which is just as well, my calf is still on the verge of cramping.  I have a TENS unit coming in tomorrow, I think that will help.

Today, I am going to have to spend most of the day waiting around to get stuff done; stuff I don't want to do.  No point in whining about it, as I did get some good writing in this week.  Usually I whine about medical and burrocracy "responsibilities" as they are boring, intrusive, require me to drive around at the height of rush hour, and *interfere with my writing*!  Today, I'll just turn my brain off ;>

Can't eat breakfast until I get my blood tested, so I'll just say I'm temporarily fasting for my diet LOL

Probably won't get to gym til the afternoon, but I want to hit it today, as I only got down there 3/7 last week.  I'm waiting for the morning traffic jam to clear out before heading to the VA.

So, I think I'll write *something* in the meantime to get my braingoo flowing
