First of all let's take at the chart and compare it with previous analysis.

From my point of view the state of EOS/BTC on 29/11/2019 looks dangerous for the buyers because the  price is still moving below 0.00038 since the beginning of the week. And the more price shows such weakness the more chances for downward movement.

Either we have double bottom at 0.00035 and in this case the price will go to 0.00038 or it is forming symmetrical triangle that will lead to the new bottom. The price is right at the middle line of the Bollinger Bands at 4hr chart (Binance exchange) and next 24 hours will determine the further movement.
