Happy Tuesday, everyone! For my tuesday breakfast we only had a simple meal. Carrots with cheese and cucumber, egg, fried eggplant, and bread with cheese spread. The eggplant was fried in spicy breading which made it taste good. I also had a pear and ginger tea before the meal.  For our dinner, we had mushroom soup, boiled egg, and toasted bread.
