The benefits of each exercise are dependent on your goals whether you want to grow a specific muscle of the body or you want your whole body to work together. <h2><center> Compound Exercise a Complete Package</center> </h2> If you want to eat a good food than you try to eat balance diet. There are two ways of eating balance diet either you make every meal balanced or you take more protein at dinner and more carbohydrate at lunch to make your diet balanced. Similarly either you can build your muscles day by day or you can do compound exercises to hit every muscle daily. <h2><center> Compound Exercise Need More Effort</center> </h2> It's not easy to work with whole body at the same time because it is easy to lift weight but its very difficult to left weight when your whole body involves in balancing itself. When you do isolation workout each muscle group other than the targeted muscle involves in balancing your body but when you do compound exercise each muscle involves in balancing so each muscle has to do two tasks one is to lift weight and the other is to support balance of whole body. It's up to you whether you like to train like an athlete or a weight lifter. Deadlift is an example of compound exercise and each person who has performed deadlift is aware with the effort it needs to perform.

I couldn't agree more and I just want to say that there are a variety of deadlifts and in my opinion the best one to start with is the Romanian or sumo deadlift.
