Hi ! Do you use a reference photo or did you do it by imagination? I think that more time spent on your drawing, looking at a reference photo can make you improve a lot. Paying attention to as many details as possible brings a drawing to life and makes it more realistic. You can also accentuate the contrast. It's something I've had a hard time doing for a long time, but it's a very important thing in drawing. You seem to put more intensity and importance in the eyes (it's my favorite part too ;) ) , you should try to put the same intensity in the rest of the face, especially in the shadows of the face that are not very marked. 
I would be very curious to know how long you've been drawing? :)

For the material, I advise you to have pencils of different fat intensities. They will allow you to have much stronger nuances and contrasts. They generally range from 2h (h = dry) to 8b (b = fat). Personally, I don't use H pencils, I find them too dry. That said, they can be useful for preparatory sketches, since they do not show up much on paper.

frankly ... I'm not a smart painter
I just tried drawing, according to my own imagination
and follow the path and direction of pencils, if it resembles a face, then I make a pattern, and a continuation, to make a woman's face look.
