A Little Silver To Stare At While You Wait.......

##### While we are all waiting around for the for the biggest damn event that's taken place through Steemit, I thought I'd show a couple coin shop pick-ups from my week in Phoenix.

##### Here is what the mint has to say about this beauty: Spanish minted cob coins were widely circulated throughout the 16th-18th centuries and are remembered for their crude, hand-struck and hand-trimmed production style. They were the original gold and silver rounds and were referred to by many (most famously pirates) as pieces of eight" or "doubloons". The Omnia 1-oz silver bullion round is our tribute to the classic design.
