I think one of the best things about Amazon is that it helps me discover things that I didn't even know existed. I end up buying a lot of things I don't need and that's how Amazon makes money but I enjoy shopping so it's all good. The point I want to make is that Amazon is able to grow its business so much because it knows its customers so well. Amazon has so much data on me, you, and hundreds of millions of other people that it knows exactly how to serve us best. This is how Amazon is able to make me love it so much. It knows exactly what I want and how I want it. Amazon is able to this because it has access to massive amount of data that it has gathered and bought.
