##### And my post is a not typical broken hearted stories like the boyfriend or better half left me or like about death or something else but the feeling I always get from mom when it comes to my brother. 

<center>Back when we were still in the home land, I can still recall how my mom always treats me compared to my brother. Like what they always say, *there is always favorite son or daughter* which I kinda saw on my mom. 

Me and my brother grew up in the Philippines. Being him the oldest of course, *most of the time the chores is in my in-charge* when they have to tell him to do something *ang bagsak, sa akin*. </center>

<center> Me and my brother are six years apart. He is smarter than me, I admit that. He graduated valedictorian back in elementary and finished high school in a Science Class and finished college and was able to take his license. Unlike me, although I finished elementary level same as him, I went to Comprehensive high school in our town, way different from where he went too, *(noong high school siya, I remember on his first day of school, __SO MUCH LOADS OF HOMEWORK__ knowing INNHS _Special Science Class_  mapapa ikot talaga pag-iisip mo, in my dialect - __mapespes ta utek mo__. What my mom and dad always do was, look for someone who went to the same school and have their lecture notes, swerte niya someone was keeping all her notes. For my brother's first year in high school that was a little routine for parents in favor of my brother. Yung high school niya e parang college kaya super alaga si mom kay kuya. Kaya when there is something to do at home, konting pamumunas, paghuhugas, paglilinis all into me. All of the time. Minsan it's even his name I heard to do it, I end up doing it for him. College na siya by the time, ako pa rin taga ggawa niya. I mean I am not complaining about the task to do, it's always been a part of growing but then the treatment I get from mom is different, when I commit mistakes I hear so much words, na sobrang sakit tanngapin, while my brother, it's okay. I won't deny na mas maloko ako kesa sa kuya ko maybe that is why I get different treatment from mom. When he had achievements all they did is to show him is a proud face for his job well done, samantalang ako, they always answer me with a _"Okay keep up the good work"_. It is what I always get from mom or dad.)*</center>

<center> Back in my high school days, I had this one class from my Values Education  is to write my parents something. On that letter I expressed what is within me. I asked them why are they treating my brother better than me, that when he have to ask them to cook for him or do him a favor all they could answer is yes and no to me, from going out late night that I understand because me being a girl, _given na yun sa Filipino parents_. When brother has homeworks they will let him finish and do it all, while me I have to do the chores first before homeworks so I end up working on the homeworks late at night. This made me feel so bad back when I was in Philippines. Minsan nga, when we fight he keeps throwing pillows on me and then I had this rough day, I was mad and made him go away from the living room because I am trying to clean. That time he was trying to have some snack, he got piss and made a mess instead of helping me. Kinalat niya yung kinakain niya on the floor. Grabe iyak ko noon. </center>

#### So when we migrated to the US, I prayed na sana everything will change and he will be more nicer and parents treats me the same. And an answered prayer. We go everywhere, most of the time we eat around us and discover foods. Which sometimes they call us coffee and milk. I love how our parents treat us now and how me and my brother go along together.
