I got to talk to some student who loves to read and write and also they are ready to learn new things. I also encouraged them to find their specific niche in other be frustrated by doing what others are doing.

I collected their numbers to train them on how to go about the platform and letting them know that we need more than one reason to post continuously so that they will still stay even they earn nothing. And to encourage them to be passionate about it because they might be disappointed there is no passion driving them.

Have you ever wondered why people are not trooping on steemit platform in their numbers though it gives monetary rewards? That's because on steemit user must learn, produce quality content, and discover for you to be successful on the steemit platform. Anyone who can't go through this process will see nothing interesting about steemit platform.

I also believe getting the right people on the platform is more important than getting everyone on the platform. It is not everyone who is ready to be here. 

For this reason, the right training must be given at all times to new recruits to first understand how Steemit works.

**Who are the right people?**

I believe that Steemit is not meant for everyone and so in our quest for getting more users to the steem blockchain we must also ensure to look for those not just interested to join because of the monetary rewards. The right people are ready to learn and have and investors mindset.

I talked to students who are ready to learn. Those that are ready to learn to keep reading and asking very vital questions. We may be thinking that just signing up more people is good but it is also likely that we will have a lot of dormant accounts if we do not become very particular about our choice of users for the Steemit platform.

Know fully well that what has made social media giants like Facebook grow incredibly is the number of active users. 

We need to avoid a lot of dormant accounts. We have train some people on the right way to go on the platform.
