初试跑步机

上周跑步机回来并装好了，因为特殊原因直到今天才试跑。已经有很长一段时间没有跑步了。自从疫情发生以来，除刚开始的时候跑出去外，后面随着疫情的发展就不敢出去，改在家里踩单车。 

我健身的习惯已经十几年。原本也没有健身的习惯，有一次被严重刺激到了，让自己下定决定开始运动！

那还是一次出差赶飞机的时候。因为第一程飞机延误，导致到了转机机场的时候，得跑步赶往登机口。而新的登机口又正好在机场的另一头。可以想象对于一个平时不运动的人，那是什么情况。等我上气不接下气终于到了登机口，航班是赶上了，可是，自己却完全是脸色铁青，完全无法正常呼吸，甚至想要呕吐。

经过这次的经历，我终于下定决心开始运动。而这习惯也一直坚持了十几年。  而今年因为疫情，好几个月没有跑步。所以，今天开始跑还有点吃力。跑了十五分钟的时候，还是决定减慢速度来快走2 分钟后才继续跑起来。前后运动了45分钟，大汗淋漓，可是流汗后的感觉真的很好。而且，对于这部跑步机的性能也觉得非常满意。问老公在楼上有没有听到房子震动的声音，他说没感觉。我自己在跑步机上也不觉得机台震动，还是非常稳固的。测试算是成功！接下来就是尽可能多用了。

之前听一个段子，都说很多人跑步机买回家后，刚开始都非常认真地使用。可是，最后，跑步机变成了挂衣架。之前我在国内参加健身房的时候，交了会费，最后也是没去几次，成为健身房盈利的贡献者。现在家里自己有了跑步机，可千万不能松懈呀。不过，我对自己的自制能力还是有信心的。单车和跑步机一周穿插使用，保持良好的健身习惯，也是很不错的一种减压方式！加油！
