Food Journey - Edinburgh, Scotland

**While working in the Scottish capital last week I got to visit a couple of bars, restaurants and coffe shops. 
Here are some of my culinary highlights.**

Poké bowl, Also at Hula 

On my first night in Edinburgh, I went to Brewhemia with some coworkers. We had dinner and a drink at this wonderful place. I loved everything from the building to their interior designs.

I ate a delicious flatbread with goat cheese and caramellized onion. We also indulged in some truffle parmesan fries ....

This place had its own Prosecco and gin bar! 

One of the days I was there we had sushi for lunch. You guys know I love my raw fish! 
Here’s the volcano roll I devoured:

I really enjoyed the food in Scotland, but I’m pretty sad that I didn’t have the time to try the infamous haggis! Next time!!
