Soslu Lahana Sarması Tarifi /#club5050

Merhaba Steemit Azerbaycan ailesi. Bugün sizlere yaptığım soslu Lahana Sarması Tarifi vereceğim. 


Porsiyon ; 5-6 kişilik 

Hazırlama süresi ; 1 saat

Pişirme süresi ;45 dk 

Yeme süresi ; 5 dk 😁

İlk olarak pazardan eşim büyük boy lahana almis. Dibindeki büyük kökü bıçak yardımıyla kestim. Yaprakların kolay çıkması için büyük kolaylık oluyor. Yaprak ince ve güzeldi. Tek tek çıkardığım yaprakları suda başladım. Suda yapraklar başlanırken yaprakları ayırmaya devam ettim .

Suda iyice haslanmalarini sağladım. Lahana yaprakları başlanırken pirinçleri ıslattım. 2 kase pirinç koydum. Birazda bulgur ekledim.

Tüm yaprakları ayırdıktan sonra içi için hazırlık yaptim. 

Malzemeler;

• 2 kase pirinç
• biraz bulgur 
•1 büyük soğan 
• 1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası 
• 1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
• 1 yemek kaşığı nar ekşisi
• karabiber
• kırmızı toz biber 
•tuz 
• 1 su bardagi şu 

İlk olarak soğanları ince ince doğrayıp yağda kavuralım. Rengi değiştikten sonra üzerine salçaları ekleyelim....

Salçayi kavurduktan sonra pirinci ekleyelim.

Ve suyu ekledikten sonra biraz pismesini sağlayalım. Kapattıktan sonra nar ekşisini ekleyelim . 

Daha sonra sarımsak dövelim. Salça sarımsak ve su ile sos hazırlayalım.

Lahana yapraklarının içine azad azar koyup saralım. Tencerenin en altına kemik koydum. Çok lezzetli oldu.

Lahana sarmalarinin üstüne sos dokelim. Ve pişirelim.
