actually doesn't need to be answered. Because regret makes a person learn from failure and will not repeat the same mistakes by doing or planning things well and not rashly. If there is no regret, we will not feel difficult, lose, fall, fail and so on. Without regret we will not be able to know what is wrong and understand what we have done before. We will also understand what we should do next so that what is regrettable does not happen again. The point is regret makes people better.

But on the one hand sometimes regret makes someone suffer. Regret and continue to regret. So that makes someone fall into a prison of sadness. This has a negative impact rather than a positive impact as mentioned above. Indeed, for people who are usually positive-thinking, they will immediately realize and think as above. But, not everyone is the same, sometimes there is someone who is less thinking / aware of the above or too many failures that accompany him, thus making him continue to regret.
