This is a recipe for a salad that is called "French Salad" in Croatia. I don't know if it is a French recipe or not, but we call it "French Salad". It is simple and very tasty, we usually serve it with meals that have heavy meats, like a roast. Here it is, if you like the ingredients you will love this simple salad. Ingredients 1/2 a kg of diced vegetable mix (peas, carrots and potatoes) 1 small bowl of pickles (diced in to very little cubes, about the size of peas) 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of sour cream and a pinch of salt Note: add two boiled eggs to this list, cut up into little cubes. I can't because I have an allergy to egg whites.  Directions on how to make this salad: Take all of the ingredients and simply mix them together!  & walla! French Salad ready to be served!
