Making My Own Coffee Table - Handy(Wo)man!

Yesterday I made a bed.

Later I realized that a nice little coffee table would be good for the front veranda.

I collected all the leftover timber found a piece of chipboard for the table top and started making a table.

This is what I first came up with,

I kept looking at it and said to myself "NO THIS WILL NOT GO ON THE VERANDA FOR EVERYONE TO SEE, THE SHAME"

I took it all apart and started again, and this is what I made,

If you do not believe me here are the photos to prove that I made it. The only help I had was my daughters who helped me hold the timber as I cut it.

See, Hany(Wo)Man!

From rubbish I made a good looking and sturdy coffee table that I can put on my front veranda and not be ashamed when people see me during my mid day coffee break.
