## Ingredientes / Ingredients 
- 2 Cucharadas de gelatina sin sabor / 2 Tbsp unflavored powdered gelatin 
- 1/2 Taza de agua / 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Taza Azúcar / 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Taza de agua / 1/4Cup water
- Pizca de sal / Pinch of salt
- 1 Cucharadita de extracto de vainilla / 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- Colorantes vegetal / color for food
- 2 Tazas de maizina / 2 cup cornstarch

# Paso a paso / Step by step 
## 1- Colocar el azúcar con el agua, en una olla a hervir a fuego alto / Stir  together sugar, water, salt and vanilla in a saucepan in a high heat

## 2- Dejar hervir, que espese un poco, batir de vez en cuando / Boil, stirring occasionally, until get little bit thicker 

### 3- Diluir la gelatina en un bol para batir y dejar reposar por 5 minutos aproximadamente / Dilute the gelatin in a regular size bowl and let stand for about 5 minutes

### 4- Mezclar la gelatina y el azúcar hirviendo, poco a poco sin dejar de batir, aumentando la velocidad / Mix the gelatin and the boiling sugar, little by little while still beating, increasing the speed

## 5- Seguir batiendo hasta que la mezcla se vuelva blanca y espesa / Keep mixing until you get a fluffy and white mixture

## 6-  Pinta parte de la mezcla, coloca la mezcla en una bandeja con maizina y coloca mas arriba, deja reposar / Paint part of the mixture, place the mixture on a tray with cornstarch and put some over, let stand
