It was really a blast and a huge success today as Lagos City participates in the Nigerian weekly Thursdays steemit promotion. So it's my pleasure to bring back the feedback of our Promotion.

The Promotion was done by @talktofaith, @gracellagift and @ammyy.

We visited University of Lagos again today for our Promotion. The reception we got from the guys we met was so welcoming. Though it's quite unfortunate that everyone we met today have never heard of steemit since their life time. This shows that we have more work to do here in Lagos as steemit promoters.

Though today's Promotion was indeed a huge success. We went as a group and everyone of us spoke to people about steemit of which we got a positive response from 80% of the people we met.

This is also me in the below picture talking to some ladies about steemit of which they paid well wrapped attention and equally asked a whole lots of questions which I also attended to.

After a couple of minutes of discussion, we took pictures together and they were happy I introduced steemit to them.

I met these beautiful friends of mine in the below picture waiting for their boss, after introducing steemit to them, it sounded so nice and something they could give a trial.

In the below picture is Damilola, he is a dancer and a vibrant young guy from University of Lagos Nigeria. Though I have told him about steemit before now, but coming to their school was an added advantage because he never knew that people literally take it upon themselves to go promote steemit, so he got to be more interested to know why. He actually promised he will check out the site again and signup.

The promotion lasted for about 2 hours under a scotchy hot Nigerian sun. But we did the Promotion with joy. Steemit is an amazing platform and is really worth promoting.
