Was ich beim Schmelzen allerdings nicht verwendet habe,war ein Thermometer. 😆 Ich kann euch sagen, benutzt unbedingt eins, denn nur bei der richtigen Temperatur härtet die Schokolade in der Form auch richtig aus. Ich habe 2 Versuche leider zerbrochen (3) beim Öffnen,weil ich dachte das geht auch per Gefühl 😊. Der Schuh muss 2 mal gegossen werden,eine Lage ist zu dünn und zwischen durch mind 1 Std auskühlen an der Luft! Auch das ist wichtig. Ich hatte zu wenig Geduld und so ist auch der 3. Versuch misslungen.😂 aber beim 4. Versuch kam ein wunderschöner Schuh heraus (4). Dann noch einwenig Feinschliff mit rosepuder und kleinen Tropfen am Rand verteilt.
Und schließlich sorgen kleine und große Zuckerperlen für den letzten Hingucker. 😊

For the shoe made of white chocolate, I first melted white couverture (1). You can easily order different sized shapes on the internet (2).
However, what I did not use when melting was a thermometer. 😆 I can tell you, definitely use one, because only at the right temperature the chocolate in the form hardens properly. Unfortunately, I have broken 2 attempts (3) when opening, because I thought that is also by feeling 😊. The shoe has to be watered twice, one layer is too thin and cool in the air by at least 1 hour! That too is important. I had too little patience and so failed the 3rd attempt. But on the 4th attempt came out a beautiful shoe (4). Then a little fine sanding with rose powder and small drops distributed on the edge.
And finally, small and large sugar pearls provide the last eye-catcher. 😊
