No bells a ringing

The electricians had some issues connecting up some of the wires and now, we have no doorbell. Luckily, the only people visiting us, already have a key. There aren't many guests around covid-19 time.

There have been quite a few surprises and I am pretty sure there will be some additional ones to come over the next year or so. It is going to be expensive. 

I am pretty sure that we won't be able to cover all the things we had planned so we are going to be cutting left, right and center to try and squeeze the budget as far as we can. 

I just hope that we will be able to get what we need done to be able to roll the loan for renovations into the mortgage. If not, we will be saddled with a higher interest loan, which is not ideal. 

Well, such is life and life goes on. Til it doesn't.
