Considering the fact that coffee is a very popular drink which is consumed in large quantities in many countries of the world, it is only right for the consumers of this very popular product to have specific taste when it comes to choosing which particular brand to go with. Some of the key deciding factors include; taste of the product, pricing, brand popularity, package volume amongst other things. 

However important coffee is to the financial framework of the world, the coffee market is not without it's own shortcomings. Some of the major shortcomings that still plague this ecosystem include;

Love Air Coffee intends to incorporate blockchain technology into the coffee industry in order to launch a complete evolution of this industry. The fundamental concentration of this project is to bring about a noticeable improvement in the taste and aroma of coffee through the use of an innovative equipment for roasting of the coffee beans. Through this method, our coffee will hold on to the fullness of the basic elements that characterize it, making the coffee more nutritious and weighty. The blockchain technology being incorporated into the project will bring about a mutually beneficial partnership with consumers, suppliers, competitors and other major participants within the ecosystem.

**The role of blockchain within the platform**
The platform will initially be based on the Ethereum blockchain with plans already underway to launch a blockchain (EVOL) which will be dedicated solely to the Love Air Coffee platform and the major reason for this is to avoid overloading the Ethereum blockchain

The EVOL blockchain is intended to optimize all the processes within the company which include information gathering, analytics, product tracking, customer contact, privacy and so much more. By optimizing all these processes, the platform will be able to greatly reduce production cost and enhance overall product quality.

**Token**
The initial token that will be used on the platform is of ERC-20 standard and has a ticker “LAC". There is a total supply of 1 billion tokens with 85 million put up for sale. The token sale for the platform has not commenced at the moment but the date will be communicated at a later time.

**Love Application**
The platform also intends to develop a user friendly application which is aimed at simplifying all activities within the ecosystem. This application will also have all features that are available on the webpage.
