But let’s try and unpack the positives and negatives and how both feel about it from a creator/technology point of view and from a self projected business viewpoint and how timing can effects both sides of that story. Kinda feels like that time when facebook bought instagram kinda thing, shoe horned it’s way into a community that was admittedly stagnant but also facebook needed the data sets and head count — kinda feel like it’s a blockchain looking for a project and a project looking for an uplift of status on a promise, and that promise is NOT battle tested yet as far as I can see. > sorry this was not uploaded to dtube today, all of my videos will be sent to dtube now that dlive is gone and i can't wait for the other innovative platforms come along on the steem platform now too, pull that delegate back @ned and let's move on quickly! I had a very fond place for @dlive in my content making heart and a big part of that was it’s support for the steem blockchain, with that now gone I doubt I’ll probably end up using the platform anymore, I guess it’s just another one of those situations of it was good while it lasted kinda thing. Its not the first time we've seen this, and it wont be the last but I'm glad you articulated this the way you did and put it out there- for a lot of folks this will be big shock and maybe their first run in feeling like they were sold down the river so I appreciate you putting your two cents in in a fair and level headed way instead of succumbing to drama even though I know i'd be upset if I was as invested as you were in terms of my time and creativity...
