the holiday season is approaching and you just might not have setup that killer set top box yet to have all your media streaming for the season (i get it, you've been busy) well, don't worry because you can hook up your existing computer up to a decent hdmi output/tv/monitor and use this little app to control your favorite media program on your home computer -- neat huh?

remote control VLC or MPV or whatever your favorite tool is and stop and start from the comfort of your armchair or bed while pouring yourself another drink, time to crank out those christmas movies and enjoy the seasons greetings eh? :)

Remote control for a laptop. That is something really new. While I am not using a Mac unit, the idea of the technology sounds really interesting to control tools on your laptop from afar. I think this will be a great idea to adapt across different laptop platforms.
