I can see the potential in pairing VR and social media, however, I previously owned a DK2 Oculus set and I had to sell it after several months as I constantly got nausea and sickness. 

I'm not sure if the newer headsets solve this problem as I haven't tried them yet, but if not, I can't see many people using these things.

Plus, there's also the heat emitted from the screen itself, which also makes the VR experience somewhat uncomfortable.
