Consequences of sudden anger -5% for SL -Charity

### HELLO MY DEAR FRIENDS,

We all need to be very careful for the well-being of everyone. These days, except for the essential travels, you can't go back and forth like before, when you've been to a friend's house in the evening. Therefore, it is not advisable to go on such an essential journey these days.

As I mentioned in the post a few days ago I am very busy these days. To repair the roof, the carpenter told us to find only two ladders. These days it is not good to go from house to house, so I went to the house of a sister who was like a faithful sister with me. When I went and spoke to her she came out very sad. Before I could ask she showed me her phone. It's a smartphone. ' The screen exploded. I asked why.The older sister said, "My husband got angry and knocked the phone to the ground." "The conversation between the two of us went a little too far and he took the phone in my hand and knocked it to the ground," she said. I never asked her anything more than she said. Because it is a personal matter.

However, I want to say how much this sudden anger affects everyone's lives. Anger can affect you / me not only in goods, property, vehicles, money but also in life. I do not know if the sister's phone was bought by her sister or bought by her husband . But what happened in the end was a loss. How difficult it would be for her to buy a phone now.
This is just one point. We often see and hear in the media about instances where instant anger pays for lives.
If this sudden anger causes an event that cannot be forgiven for a lifetime and will not be forgotten for a lifetime, we will have to suffer for the rest of our lives. We are helpless and have to listen to insults from the society. There will be humiliation, there will be quarrels in the family. This makes the children helpless. Imagine if a sudden rage damages a piece of furniture in the house. How hard we have to work to get a salary, a salary. We cannot buy furniture in one second. We raise a small amount of money for it and buy anything with high hopes. But one second can be a loss.
So we really need to control ourselves. The mind needs to be strengthened. You have to control the mind and think intelligently. Sudden anger brings misfortune but never luck. Life must be mentally strengthened by understanding.

Here I have anger issues too. It takes just few seconds to build the anger and to get normal again. In Sinhala we call them, kukul kenthikarayo. 🤭 

I have thought of doing some thing to get rid of this. May be meditating helps me.
