At 18 years most people expect a change, it's an age for all people to bring out the tiniest of their narccism, feeling at top of the world holding the whole world by its balls. It's not that all this thing always happens, it's sort of  just in most on our heads when we mark such stages.
So what if i went back and i talked to that nigga who i was at 18 years. I know i would be rude, and i wouldn't be entirely correct. But hey atleast am from the future.
So let's go back, shall we?
This can in no way be a regret of anyone's life, and don't let it be.
And this makes my first thing i would tell my 18 year old self.
<center>***I don't miss you.***</center>
Regardless of what happened or what failed i wouldn't miss anything that happened. Not that i wouldn't regret the opportunities like a certain girl i failed to ask out.
**Realizing that any path taken in life is the right one**
There is no specified right path that was made for each of us, so as maybe other friends hard enough company to hang out or not, the path you took defined and shaped who you are.
No path is wrong and no path is entirely right.
The whole point is you cannot always maximize every opportunity in the world, choosing one over another creates a direction and that's a movement everyone looks for in life. 
That's just how i would define opportunity for this boy lost in time.
So in short you wouldn't love to be an 18year old another time. What happened, happened.

Your life too will be the same if you don't make an effort to change it.
And even when you become so successful, nature demands control, most things will seize to make any fun and your life will be as boring.
That old man on clutches who always passes by in the evenings was once like you. He actually used to be more enjoyful in his young ages.
But that's life, we all grow old and some things seize to make alot of sense for us.

That t.v you bought at 500usd after saving for a full year, it's at 120usd now.
Those cool boys that you used to admire and worship in your high school, most of them are no where.
That delicious food you always wanted to eat, study shows it's unhealthy.
That Mercedes you always wanted to drive all your life, it's outdated now.
You get the idea?
Things change, you may not always have to cling on things for long. Don't get attached to things so much. Better things are always going to come your way only if you let the old ones go.
Things lose value and others gain value.
But only your value can determine the value of all things. 
**Self improvement is key, it's the best thing you could ever give yourself**
Reading a book, working out your fitness, developing a certain skill, will always be better than fantasizing about new toys.
In life there is change, whether you embrace it or resist it. The results won't be the same.

Okay is this obvious, maybe you never thought about it because you are in school.
An eduaction with a specific direction and knowledge is the only true education.
An education with a purpose and not to pass exams and please the class teachers and parents.

In the real world when you don't cram things already written on the internet, you will think, troubleshoot and solve problems. It will take a specific education for most fields.
But that's true education.
So you should never stop educating yourself not even after school.
