Phones with cut notches above the screen, a mixture of preference.

My favorite line of phones have always been the one plus one series of phones from when they started back in 2014. Come 2018 we got a great upgrade since back then with the launching of the one plus 6 just a few weeks ago but with a **notch.**
This idea of the notch came about as the smartphone manufacturers were trying to achieve a high screen to body ratio (Let's say a large screen size on a small phone). This has always been the trend where by most companies are trying to squeeze the biggest screen from the smallest phone.
But now most the problem was where to put the camera, front speakers, proximity sensors.
These mostly have always been at the top of the screen and they brought up the only challenge in achieving the only screen phone like they always wanted to.
So, it all started with the essential phone 1. Just about more than a year ago.

To many they liked even with that cut out.
And then there came the iphone x.
Coming with even a bigger notch to house it's face ID as well. It was a revolutionary move that turned heads. You know when apple does something and know one notices? I don't recall.
This beautiful phone turned heads but with a notch too

It's one of the best phones out there, with a bigger screen and much better handling because of the almost bezeless phone factor.

***It's 2018, and achieving a bezeless phone is the goal whether with a notch or moving phone parts.***

Since the start of 2018, many of the known manufacturers have used notches in there phones.
Lg came with the LG thinq, huawei coming with the huawei p20 pro, one plus with one plus 6, asus, and many others.
**Looks like the phones had become so boring in design that we had to push the limits to achieve a new era of a bezeless phone.**
*Would you buy a bezeless phone?*
That's one question many would ask themselves, if you consider such a great build and design with a few hard to unnoticed compromises like durability,
Would you buy a bezeless phone?

*Would you buy a phone with a notch*
Actually, before one uses a phone with a notch, they tend to think it's so distractive, but in my opinion it is not, and many people have reported the same on some research done on some technology sites like [cnet](cnet.com) and [android authority](androidauthority.com).

Does having a phone with a bigger bezel at top but without notch so so bad in 2018 flagship phones?
Because we still have great phones without notch bit with small bezels like the samsung 8, s8 plus, htc u12 plus and the one plus 5t itself.

**Looks like we are a finally going to make it into a bezeless free phone world. These notches feel like a step to greatness**
They don't so much feel like finished designs in my opinion.

As always
