For quite sometimes now, the sun has not been shining bright on Ole's regime at Manchester United, he has managed the team for about a season but the spirit of pardon has always been there even due to the fact that he doesn't have the team or squad he desires yet.

No one can say it was a bad decision for him to take up the job, he accepted the job and even did too fine when he started but as a United fan, I feel Ole doesn't like the squad he has and isn't willing to use them the way he ought or should. I just hope they allow him use the transfer window well before it closes.

Now that it has been publicized that Sir Alex would love to have or see Ole being replaced at Old Trafford, but what I feel should be considered are quite much, Ole isn't extremely bad and Pochettino isn't anyhow better than Ole.

Pochettino didn't even help Tottenham to lift a trophy and now, some wants him at old Trafford. Fine, he's a fine Coach just like Ole but can he help the team lift some trophies? Can he stand the test of time and pressure at old Trafford?

In conclusion, I don't like Ole's performance at United overtime but at the same time, I don't feel it's time to show him the door; may a season more would do but for now, it's definitely not to have Pochettino replace him.
