Try it Two days back to back :


One day, wake up and eat breakfast. Then bath. 


the next day, wake up and bath. Then eat.


Both would sound similar, though you would feel bathing and eating as better activities when done in order of day two. Notice the inward and outward energy flow in your body and you would see. Or maybe i am just too much of an energy concerned person.

Let me tell you the actual physical scientifically proven practical reason.


</h1>If you bath right after eating, your digestive tract suffers for a very very long time</h1>


When you eat, your digestive glands produce acids and start the digestion process.


And when you bath, your natural body temperature falls making your organs relax. As well as your digestion process becomes so slow and poor if you continue doing this.
In long term, your digestion will become so poor that you will have too see doctor.


Eating and bathing right after it was my habits for years, like years and yeah i suffered as a result. Well no one told me about it, because no ond cared to notice my pattern, neither i cared to share. Untill one day, one of my regular friend noticed i have been doing it all wrong and i need to stop it and help my body.


Bad digestion made me lemonade addict, i was totally dependent on lemon juice mixed with water and salt.
