Feeding your cat is a basic part of daily cat caring life and it is down to the owner to select an appropriate diet for their feline companion to follow. A cat will feel energetic and generally happier if they are fed the correct diet that is supplemented by an appropriate lifestyle. 

While building a relationship with a cat sees much integration into the household and/or family, it is important to realise that cats cannot always integrate into all parts of human life. The major caution that owners should be aware of is food giving from the table or other miscellaneous items that might be on hand to try giving a cat.
