My Experience with Blocktrades and Changelly

After making some Steem dollars you will need a solid plan on what you want to do with it.  Personally I have been converting my steem dollars on blocktrades.us to other digital currencies.  For those of you that aren't familiar with blocktrades, it is a website that helps you convert from pretty any digital currency to another digital currency. Blocktrades does not require you to sign up to use their services but I would highly recommend that you do for tracking purposes.  I have used Changelly but personally I think Changelly is less clear on the process of conversion.  I would say the advantage of using Changelly is that it offers more currency options compare to blocktrades.  I would say they are both needed at least for now even though the new technology called Atomic Swap can change how the game is played.  For those of you who aren't familiar with Atomic Swap, it is basically a new way of exchanging cryptocurrencies.  Atomic Swaps allows you to exchange for example bitcoin for other alt-coins without going through an exchange services.

Awesome seeing this post, I was just signing up and using Changelly and Blocktrades for my first time and found this post while searching for Blocktrades info on Twitter.  Interesting thoughts.  I wish @shapeshiftio would just add Steem and SBD.   Is there just a site that has a definitive answer as to what of these three options has the cheapest rates.

I know that bitcoin transactions takes longer.  I have been accumulating litecoins and it is super fast, that is what I believe in the lightening technology and its potential.  When I transfer litecoins it is almost instant....so did you get it yet? and how much did you transfer?  sometimes tiny amount tends to not show.

Thanks for your reply. It was a tiny ammount around $0.80 i am looking for a program that transfer to my blockchain wallet. Is it possible to change it to litecoins and then transfer to my blockchain wallet?
