Hm, had no clue about Curucuma before, have you tried it yourself? As I get back to Sweden I need to get my hands on some of that 🙌🏼 Overall good post, interesting facts and as you say, one usually goes a little bit sloppy over the holidays to doing a proper detox is definitely something more people should do after the New Year's.
