We all want to be successful in what we do. Today I will share 6 trait that successful people have.
## 6) Passion
The dictionary defines passion as :
> An intense driving or overmastering feeling of conviction
So you can basically say that Passion = Drive = Getting shit DONE. One way of becoming successful is to be passionate about what you do. How do you figure that out? Well try thinking about what you liked doing when you were a kid, what made you happy?

Also an other way of finding a passion is to look at what you don’t like about your life right now. What can you change? What can you do better? Take that, change it, and become successful.

## 5) Focus
People think that multitasking is how it should be done. But in reality, the most successful people are the ones who can focus on one thing at a time. Study show that it take on average 23 minutes for someone to get back on task after a distraction (even a simple ‘’Hi’’ from a friend).

Trying to get something done? Turn off your phone, Facebook and other distractions. Then when you are done, enjoy all the distractions you want!

## 4) Emotional Intelligence
Having the capacity to be aware of, control and express one’s emotion is an asset.
Emotions can help you succeed but they can also hurt you. But you need them and you need to understand them if you want to succeed.

For example, if a coworker is annoying you should never go and be aggressive with him or her.
If you made a mistake, don’t beat yourself up. Learn from it and move on!
Mediation is great to improve your emotional intelligence. Clear your mind, take deep breaths and #focus.

## 3) Failure
Success comes with failure. Successful people love failing because they know that they will learn way more from their failures than their success stories. 

Can you imagine that Michael Jordan got kicked out of his basketball team? This event did not stop him for becoming the Legend he is today, because he learned from his mistakes and kept failing until he succeeded.

## 2) Goals
Goals are the object of a person’s ambition or effort. If you have no goal, how can you succeed?
Successful people set goals and these motherfuckers don’t stop before they are reached. 

They fully commit #focus again.

This may sound stupid, but writing your goals down, is even better. A study shows that people that write down there goals earn approximatively 10 times more than people that don’t (This was tested on a Harvard class. Only 3% of the students wrote down their goals. 10 years later, that 3% was making significantly more than the rest of the 97% of the class).

## 1) Gratitude (#BeHumble)
The quality of being thankful. Having a readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

Next time you are pissed or angry, try thinking about something that you are grateful for. Being thankful makes you exhume positive energy and people can tell and that will make you get positive energy from them and can contribute to making you successful.

Grateful people = Happy people = Successful people
