A conversation was raised in a session this morning about some of the divisions of working remotely, and there are many more. Of course there are personal issues in the home space and in the department between professional and personal life. There are also a number of considerations to consider, including the question of tariffs and equipment, the possibility of a tax deduction, and the rent to be paid by the company for the space used.

But other factors need to be considered. For example, the relationships that people form when working together and the confidence and potential for random development are seen at a time when there is not a dynamic, non-agenda meeting like the common area coffee table.

I have asked my clients if they have noticed any differences in the way they treat and treat others and what the consequences might be for those who are basically remote and those who are in the office most of the time. For me, I think there is such a difference in the development of social capital or in the case of such a decline. I realized that those who came from far away had lost something. As such they have moved out of the loop in terms of macro view of the company. Which means it's about to be the most delusional time of the year, as well as the most delusional.


Although they are in many meetings, they are in larger meetings and often they are unable to speak and are rarely seen. I think it has changed their ability to influence others. Which may have ramifications for the advancement of their careers, which brings something interesting.


I used to run a department in a regional store at an office delivery company and one day the store manager came up to me and said, "TouKir, I had complaints about you from other managers." This guy has a touch above six feet six and it comes down from the face of a motorcycle accident. But one of the best directors in me was and we did well. Although we had to look for her nose while we were talking

What I asked about the allegations and he said it was because I was lazy and did nothing. But the problem is he was in my position and knew the job. Checked every primary job on my plate and every secondary, just to find out that everything was okay, everything was done, my staff was efficient and happy and we were constantly increasing sales volume.

### So what's the problem?

The problem was, I didn’t look busy enough. While other managers were running during the races and constantly under pressure during the peak, I was able to walk in my spare time, chat with clients, and send my people out for scheduled breaks when I thought they needed a breath.

When it comes to organizing, it’s consistently doing small tasks that equip a lot and make it even tougher. Especially when there is a high amount of activity.

My boss doesn’t notice what I’ve done until I need to do my job, but he doesn’t want to hear the complaint. So I proposed a solution. I'll carry a clipboard and write random things on it. Use my memory and I'll move faster. Complaints stopped and he thanked the other directors for taking my ass into gear and working.
