[일상] 3천보 걷기
자가 격리를 하다보니, 움직이는 시간이 너무 적습니다. 주말을 맞이하여 뭔가 좀 다르게 생활을 하기 위하여 점심 식사 후 1500보, 저녁 식사 후 1500보를 걸었습니다. 좁은 방안에서 1500보를 걷기 위해서는 r 이 작은 상태에서 계속 돌아야하는데요. 그러다보니 아주 아주 많은 바퀴를 돌아야 1500보가 채워집니다. 결국 1500보를 채웠는데 문제는 너무 어지럽다는겁니다.  그래도 저녁 먹고 또 1500보를 걸어서 3천보를 채웠습니다. 평상시에 회사를 다닐 때도 3천보 정도 걷는데, 좁은 방에서 3천보를 걸었으니 나름 뿌듯하더군요.

오늘도 3천보를 걸을 계획이었는데, 걸은 후의 어지럼증 휴유증 때문에 쉽게 시작이 안되더군요. 그래서 평상시에 조금씩만 걸었더니 겨우 1천보 걷었습니다. 내일도 1.5천보 정도 목표로 조금씩 걸을 예정입니다.

저와 밀접접촉한 확진자가 몸 상태가 조금 나빠졌다고 합니다. 평소에 튼튼했고, 접촉후 5일 동안 큰 증상이 없어서 걱정하지 않았는데, 걱정이 되는군요.

오늘까지 자가격리 1주일이 지나가는군요. 생각보다 빨리 지나가서 다행이지만 아직도 1주일이나 남아서 걱정이기는 합니다. 힘들지만 그동안 못했던거 하면서 즐기는 마음으로 견뎌보도록 하겠습니다.
