Overthinking is often associated with being pessimistic, I think. If a person is confident that good things will happen, why bother thinking about it too much, right?

I am an overthinker. Often times, I do a lot of thinking about the number of things I should finish and how hard they could be that the thinking takes a lot more time than actually doing the things I need to **DO**. 

Thus, I suggest that if you panic, if you overthink, if you became negative, do a moment-meditation. Focus on your breathing and start doing.

This is absolutely true. Thinking takes up all the time and energy and when you're finally 'done' thinking, you don't have enough motivation to DO!
